Meet Sarah Hutchins

I was raised in Hockessin, Delaware, but spent much of my time in the Kennett community. After living in New York City and Boston, I moved back to the area with my three young children in 2019. I chose Kennett Square because of the nurturing community and the wonderful schools.

My real estate journey began as a transaction coordinator, where I gained an insider's understanding of every detail that goes into a successful deal. That experience now sets me apart as an agent — I know the intricacies of real estate from the inside out.
